D. G. Tyler was in 1949 in Monroe, Louisiana. He graduated in Finance with a B.S. degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 1971 and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Louisiana State University law center 1974. He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar Association in 1974, the United States District Court, Western District in 1977. He is a member of the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association since 1983 and holds membership in the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Tommy J. Johnson was born in 1949 in Minden, Louisiana. He a B.S. degree in business from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana, in 1971 and obtain his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University law center in 1975. He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar Association in 1975, the United States District Court, Western District in 1976 and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1982.

He is member of the Shreveport Bar Association and has served as its Vice President in 2003; President elect in 2004; and will serve as its President in the year 2005. He is a member of the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association since 1983 and served on the Board of Governors of that association in 1987, 1988 and 1989. He holds membership in the American Trial Lawyers Association and was a past member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

He has served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Louisiana and as an Assistant District Attorney for Caddo Parish, Louisiana.
